What activities are available on-site?Serenity Lakes offers three beautiful lakes for fishing. These are well stocked with Carp, Mirror, Perch, Roach, and Tench.

Are there any local attractions or points of interest nearby?There is lots to explore in the nearby area. The historic market town of Holbeach, scenic Lincolnshire countryside, and the famous Norfolk Coast are just a few options and offer plenty of walking trails, nature reserves, and cultural sites to explore in the region.

Do you offer shared ownership opportunities?Serenity Lakes Lodges offers a fractional ownership solution. Please speak to one of the team for more information.

What is the holiday season length?Serenity Lakes Lodges offers a 12-month holiday season meaning you can holiday between 1st January and 31st December each year.

As an owner, how frequently can I holiday?There is no limit to the number of holidays that can be taken, provided that the lodge is not used as someone’s only or main place of residence.

Can I let out my holiday home when I am not using it?Yes. This would need to be organised through the park. Please speak to one of the team for more details on holiday home ownership and rentals.

Is Serenity Lakes Lodges pet-friendly?Yes, selected lodges at Serenity Lakes are pet-friendly. We welcome well-behaved pets and ask that you keep them on a lead while on the park.
